Refund Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
Kova is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access as soon as you subscribe. Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable.
The short version
- Subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable.
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like from your account page using Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until your current paid period ends, and you are not charged again.
Before you subscribe
Kova is a client-side tool for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on Windows. Please check the features and make sure your setup is supported before subscribing. Some servers do not allow client modifications; being banned by a third-party server is not grounds for a refund.
Exceptional cases
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or could not use Kova because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will look into it. Refunds in these cases are at our discretion and are handled through Stripe.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other consumer law that applies to you. Our service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If there is a major failure with the service, you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel; for other failures, you may be entitled to have the problem fixed. Where such law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.
